Currently a laboratory and classroom for the American College of the Building Arts, this former jail house held some of South Carolina's most notorious criminals. TV's ghost hunters dropped by to investigate and had an unsettling discovery. The voice of Lavinia Fisher, a convicted murderer, was recorded. Aside from ghostly voices, floating orbs and an overall ominous feeling has been reported in the building.
