The Gray Man of Pawleys Island

Me and my family was at a beach house at Pawleys Island for a family trip. Well one day me and my family was just chillin inside when out of know where we got a knock at the door and it was an old man with very old gray clothes on. All of a sudden he tells us we need to leave that the weather was about to become very dangerous and it wouldn't be safe for us to stay. The old man then turned around and walked away and all of sudden he was gone. My grandma's face turned so white and said let's go now. So we got Into the van and as we are leaving. My grandma asked if any of us had heard of the gray man and of course I had because I have always been into ghost. She said will you just spoke to the gray man. I didn't believe her at first. Until the next morning when we was watching the news and the beach house we were just all in had collapsed from the ocean. I cried because we wouldn't have made it out if that man wouldn't have shown up. After that I knew my grandma was telling the truth. So if your are ever in that area and you see him please leave right then. He is there to help you.
