OMG.....terrifying haunt! I with my college mage went to the Scream Acres and it was a scary experience. They have essentially two attractions - one haunted house and one hay ride. I think the hayride was better and scarier than the haunted house. Journey in the wagon provided by them through the dark hays was a spine tingling experience. Creepy characters hiding behind the hay could jump at you anytime. The actors in the house interacted less. They were also quieter than the ones in the hayride. Attention to details in the sets of the house was impressive. The approach of staff towards the customers was good. I will visit again.

Attraction is good for young kids (10-14). The house attraction was short. The hay ride was good. The first chainsaw "scare " was good, but by the 2nd and 3rd it was old. More of a jump-startle than scary.

In my opinion scream acres is one of the best haunts around. They put on a great show and are extremely nice to their customers. You can tell there is a lot of effort put into this attraction. I would recommend this haunted house and hayride over anyone else!

I give Scream Acres an A+ on there haunt. From the creepy haunted house to the BONE chilling hayride. Scream Acres is by far the greatest haunted house in S.C. I highly recommend you go out there and see it for yourself. I promise you that you wont forget it. I cannot wait to go again because I went to Kreepy Hollows the same night. In my personal opinion, yes Kreepy hollow may be bigger. Be has nothing on the terrors that lurk at Scream Acres in bishopville!!!
