My 2nd great grandmother Emma Sartor grew up on the plantation. My mother Doris Duren Alderman is 100 years old, when she was a little girl she would go down the road and talk to Emma Sartor and she would tell her stories of growing up on the plantation.Took me 10 years to find the Gregory juxa plantation. My Mother got pleasure seeing a picture of the House where Emma Sartor grew up.If anyone knows where I can get pictures of the interior would be nice

Me and my husband lived at the Juxa Plantation home for 5 years and I have pictures and proof. We NEVER experienced anything ghostly or heard NO sounds. It was a very pleasant home and we have fond memories of it. When we first moved in we found some paper work that was spooky and really indicated devil worshipers. The rumor around town was that at one time there were people who lived there that took in homeless teenagers and others. But, the place is not haunted no where on the grounds.
