This road is known to paranormal enthusiasts as the place where a Civil War eria slave named Eloise roams. The story says that Union soldiers killed Eloise's master nearby and the distraught slave was reluctant to leave her master's body. When the soldiers found her mourning his death, they killed her too. Her ghost is said to roam along the road, screaming.

Night drive

I was driving from work one night (in 2017) and I didn’t believe in ghosts then, but I seen a woman who looked like she was wearing ragged clothing slowly walking by the road, she stopped by Cely Rd. intersection and turned to look at me. I got some of the coldest chills that ran down my spine, I just hit the gas and kept going not looking back.

This is more then just screaming.

My girlfriend used to live here. And she claimed to see a man in her bedroom that would sit in her bed and then go into the corner and watch her. She wasn’t kidding. I was on FaceTime with her she wasn’t touching the phone but it was moving? How can that be. Then I saw the thing myself. A old man with a mangled face. She hasn’t slept the same since she moved in with me to California.
