Old Hester Store
Easley, SC 29640
This historic general store was built by William Hester in 1893 and is now taken care of by the Palmetto Trust for Historic Preservation and Pickens County Historical Society. It is believed to be haunted by the spirit of an African-American man who was hanged in the back of the store. His apparition has been spotted around the building at night. A ghostly lady has also been seen through the top window in a rocking chair.

the place is now ran by people whom turned it into a nice little ice cream stop and food place for lunch and breakfest. open till 8pm summer time.
